Booking an appointment
When you book, you choose a service and a time and give us your contact details. Your appointment is confirmed once you’ve completed the booking (and any payment shown). We’ll email you a confirmation.
Payment and deposits
Some services are paid for, or need a deposit, when you book; others you pay at the appointment. Where a payment is due online, the exact amount is shown before you confirm, and it’s taken securely by Stripe — we never see your full card details. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel, please let us know as soon as you can using the details on our contact page. Whether a payment or deposit can be refunded depends on the service — the cancellation terms are shown on the booking page for each service before you confirm.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version shown here is the one that applies. Nothing in them affects your legal rights as a consumer.
